Sole digital owner at a home furnishings business — built the Shopify storefront, an internal catalog tool, and ran all performance marketing over 3 years

• 49,500+ link clicks and 1.2M+ impressions across 12 Meta campaigns — managed ₹35K+ in ad spend over 3 years at avg. ₹0.94 CPC through iterative audience targeting and creative refinement.
• Delivered custom tabbed product pages and a metafield-driven fabric selector editable by non-technical staff — chose Shopify over a custom build, built all Liquid sections from scratch under a basic-plan constraint, benchmarking against Sixpenny throughout.
• Eliminated inventory search interruptions for a 5–7 person sales team across 2,000+ products — built a PWA catalog after Excel, SharePoint, and third-party tools all hit limits; in daily use since launch.
• Shipped a book dispatch and approval webapp to production after monetary losses, time wasted searching, and awkward client follow-ups from untracked dispatches across ₹13L+ in catalogue assets — designed the flow simple enough for non-technical sales staff, kept usability equal on phone and desktop, and made deliberate PM calls (warn-don't-block on duplicate dispatches, killed an admin-side feature after one walkthrough revealed it would blur role boundaries).

• Shipped an Android app integrating NASA FIRMS satellite data, real-time weather APIs, and the Gemini API with automatic context injection (crop type, farm location, live fire proximity) — delivering a personalised AI farming advisor unavailable in any competing product.
• Led product definition from scratch: competitive research across 5 alternatives, user personas, full PRD, and screen-by-screen user flow mapping — prioritised 12 features using RICE scoring.
• Ran the fire alerting engine silently in MVP — logging predictions without surfacing them — to build a validation dataset before exposing alerts to users. False negatives in fire safety destroy trust in rural communities permanently.

• Designed a deterministic five-pillar scoring framework (Fundamental 40%, Valuation 25%, Risk 25%, Forecasting 10%) to rank Nifty 500 stocks; deliberately disabled the Competitive Moat pillar in MVP — chose to surface no signal rather than a bad one.
